Assessment: Our team of analysts typically spends one or two days on-site interviewing key
members of your embedded software organization and observing your development
environment and workflow. Our focus is to provide you a comprehensive set of
recommendations designed to provide a strategy that scales, sticks and most
importantly, provides the best return on your investment. Our goal is to bring
your integration and testing up to best industry practices by leveraging both
our expertise and testing infrastructure.
Infrastructure Integration: Working with a few designated members of your team, our system
engineers will make sure our test infrastructure is smoothly integrated into
your various embedded target applications and software build processes.
Workflow Facilitation: Getting a repeatable verification process into your development workflow is
critical in establishing operational value to your organization.
Our experts will interview and work with your key team members to understand, recommend
and implement a detailed process to be rolled-out to your team. During this
phase, the following types of workflow issues will be addressed:
- Determine core testing approaches to be used
- Provide full reference test example(s)
- Describe test documentation approach
- Define how/where to store tests defined
- Discuss running Continuous Integration on daily builds
- Document process for resolving regression test failures
Access to our Technical Resource Center: Throughout
your VaS engagement your team members will have access to our experts to help
sustain
your verification efforts. Our
dedicated consulting engineers can review Test Strategies, Test Cases and Test
Results.
They can conduct weekly, bi-weekly or monthly test strategy
collaboration sessions. In addition, our
system engineers can provide custom modifications and enhancements to our test
infrastructure.
